 How accurate is online color consulting?

Very accurate! We use The System of Understanding Undertones™ to catch what others miss—even from photos. Combined with color science (hue, LRV, undertones), you get recommendations you can trust—no guesswork, no regrets.

Will my furniture and existing finishes be considered?

Yes. Just include clear photos of anything that’s staying. Good daylight and a sheet of white paper in the shot help us capture undertones correctly.

What’s included in my eDesign plan? 

• Specific paint color names and finish recomendations
• Explanations of why each choice works
• Source links for products and helpful notes
• When your plan is ready, we’ll email it to you. You can also schedule a one-time follow-up call to review everything together.
• After your approval, we’ll mail you large color card samples (free within the U.S. & Canada) so you can see your palette in real light before making final decisions.
• Testing instructions
• An easy-to-follow PDF presentation.
• Tips to help you shop confidently and decorate wisely.

Is there any follow-up support?

Yes! Follow-up is included if clarification is needed after testing. Aditional support time can be purchased as needed.
